A technomage is a technology-based magician, they are sentient beings that use technology to preform magic like effect, various special cybernetic implants throughout their bodies and devices they wear and hold give them magic like powers.
(To become a technomage one must have been implanted with advanced cybernetics that would allow for the manifestations of the magic like effects, such cybernetics can only be found on advanced worlds)
